dj%20doo%20wopA snippet of a song leaked yesterday where renown DJ and Gang Starr affiliate Doo Wop dropped a few bars against Solar in what sounds like a freestyle. Several rappers have fired off against Solar, but one from Doo Wop is far more personal given his relationship with both Guru and DJ Premier.

The track, called "We Got Gunz," is a short recap of his first encounter with Solar. "I don't claim to be the best judge of character, but fam I'm decent / When we first met, something told me you're a piece of sh*t" Doo Wop raps within the first few bars. "I've never seen a 5-percenter so demonic," Doo Wop continues, taking stabs at Solar's 5-percent beliefs and his use of the word "peace." Doo Wop spoke a bit on the radio and via Twitter about his feelings toward Solar, but taking it to song is a whole other level. Whether or not this will be a fully released song remains to be seen, but judging by the intensity in the small snippet, Doo Wop still has quite a bit to say.

Nicki Minaj is rumored to be under fire yet again, this time by femcee Foxy Brown. Minaj, who has experienced her share of backlash from women has already been lyrically fired at by female rapper Keys and video vixen Melyssa Ford. AllHipHop Rumors reports that Foxy's mission is to charge at Nicki for remaking her music without asking for permission.

Let's be honest: this is hip-hop. When has ANYTHING been taken with permission? This could actually turn into a true lyrical beef, since the Keys situation faded as fast as it arrived. "I don't respond to stupidity because I don't have to," Nicki explained in a video following Keys' video threat. Melyssa Ford wasn't even entertained, but Foxy Brown just might be. This could be quite a historical beef if either party chooses to become involved.

We'll keep you updated.
