ozzy%20osbourneAfter kicking off this week with the death of Paul Gray, bassist of Slipknot, we wrap up this tragic week with a little bit of lightheartedness. While doing some promotion for his upcoming album, "Scream," the Prince of Darkness, Ozzy Osbourne, decided to have some fun with some unsuspecting tourists at the wax museum, Madame Tussauds, in Times Square in New York.

Ozzy sat still on a bench in the museum as tourists approached what they thought was a wax figure of Ozzy, only to sit or stand next to him for a picture, when all of a sudden, Ozzy would lunge and scream at the tourists, and hilarity ensues.  There was double shock with some people as they were first freaked out by the fact that the wax figure was indeed a real life person, but the second wave of shock hit when they realized that it was in fact, Ozzy Osbourne, sitting there.

A video was shot of the prank, where Ozzy kicks it off by yelling, "I'm here to scare the shit out of my faaaaanss!" And in true comic fashion, we watch a stream of tourists get scared by the Prince of Darkness. The video has garnered just over half a million hits since it was posted on YouTube just two days ago. You can check it out below.

"Scream," Ozzy's first album in almost three years and his 10th studio album, will be released June 22 in North America on Epic Records. It will also be released June 23rd in Japan with an exclusive bonus track, "Jump the Moon." Also, a special iTunes pre-order is available with includes a bonus track, "One More Time." As soon as the album is released, the song will be unavailable.
