asian%20manHere is the latest going on at Asian Man Records, from the label's very own, Mike Park!

HOT TODDIES record release show is this Saturday at the RICKSHAW in San Francisco. Be there or be square. I will be shipping out the vinyl orders either today or tomorrow. And probably manning the merchandise area at the show Saturday. Who knows? That's how crazy I am.

Kevin Seconds/Kepi Ghoulie will join Greg (Bouncing Souls) and Shanti tomorrow in Philly at the Barbary for the Vroom Vroom Tour. Greg and Shanti will do the tour on Vespas while Kepi and Kevin lug the gear around in the van. Who wins on that?

The QUEERS have officially announced a release date for their follow up to MUNKI BRAIN. The new album will be called "Back To The Basement" and is slated for a November 16th release date. I am praying for more greatness on par with MUNKI BRAIN. Joe and the boys hit the studio at the end of this month to start the recording process. And will begin the non-stop touring that has been a staple for this band for the last 20 years. We truly hope to put together a real good pop punk tour that would make the RAMONES proud.

Sean Bonnette called me over the weekend and said, "Mike, what about we do a follow up to MAKING PUNK FUN AGAIN TOUR with ANDREW JACKSON JIHAD, KEPI GHOULIE, LAURA STEVENSON AND THE CANS, and THE WILD?" What do you think? That would be scrumptious fun. Me thinks so.
