kreatorFormed in Essen, Germany 25 years ago, prodigious German thrash metal band KREATOR celebrates their enduring legacy and prolific future by signing with Nuclear Blast Records!  With an illustrious history spanning 12 studio albums, one live offering, and two classic EPs, KREATOR truly rank among the most celebrated and beloved European thrash metal bands in the worldwide metal scene.

Commented KREATOR guitarist / vocalist Mille Petrozza: "We're happy to announce that KREATOR has just signed a new long-term deal with Nuclear Blast!  Based on a friendship with Andy Siry [Head of A&R, Nuclear Blast Germany] that has lasted for decades, we will now finally join forces on a professional level.  Becoming a part of the Nuclear Blast family means a lot to us and together with the world's biggest metal label, WE WILL CONQUER THE FUTURE!"

Added Andy Siry: "For me, another 'thrash dream' has come true with the signing of Germany's finest and Europe's leading thrash legends KREATOR!!!  I still remember the day when I heard Endless Pain for the first time; I became a huge fan of the band.  I have been following KREATOR throughout their career and I built up a very good friendship with Mille. These last years, I have been working very hard to make it possible that KREATOR would join the Nuclear family. Together we are looking into a very bright future in which we will be leading KREATOR onwards to world domination!"

The band's Nuclear Blast debut will be the follow-up to 2009's Hordes Of Chaos.  KREATOR's North American tour launches on March 3rd in West Springfield, Virginia.  Direct support will come from Voïvod (March 3rd – 12th & 14th) and label mates KATAKLYSM (March 18th – 31st).  Tour dates are available on the band's MySpace page at www.MySpace.com/KREATOR.
